bags & bundles

It's been a busy week for me. First off, we got home from our holiday vacation and jet lag dominated. Honestly, it's been a nightmare. . . and it seems to be getting worse, not better! It all started with our red-eye flight home. We got home at 6:00am to a house that was 33 degrees inside (yes, we are idiots and turned off our heat while we were gone). We could see our breath inside our house! So, we turned the heat ON (full blast), left the house and went to McDonalds for breakfast. I do have to admit that I'd never had a McDonald's breakfast before. . . and trust me, I will never have another one. Gag. Anyway, we came home (still frigid inside) and crawled into one bed to warm up. Well, we all fell asleep and woke up at 4:00 that afternoon. Hence, we didn't sleep that night and slept till 3:00 pm the next day and so on and so on. I've had a million things to get done in the mean time, so life has been all but pretty lately--not to mention the massive bags under my eyes. I did, however, find satisfaction in my work this past week. I compiled several bundles for MY SHOP. . .one of my favorite things to do. . .mixing and matching pretty fabrics! Here are a few. . .
